Help pays off.
It is cheaper to deliver relief supplies than to buy them locally
- DHHN receives donations of food, detergents, etc. from well-known companies.
- Transporting a pallet of donated food is cheaper than buying it locally. However, the truck can hold up to 72 pallets.
- DHHN does not have an expensive administrative apparatus. Numerous volunteers and a salaried employee, who is financed by his circle of friends, manage everything.
- Care beds, wheelchairs, walking aids: Unaffordable in Eastern Europe.
